The day my family and I arrived, we were welcomed with open arms! The staff were all very friendly. Tina (front desk staff) was kind and very helpful. She tried to find and schedule a private boat island tour for us. She pointed us in the right direction for my family to do some zip lining and we all had a great time! I would highly recommend Casa Cecilia because of its location. The room was clean and comfortable! In my personal opinion, it’s in the heart of El Nido Town Proper. It is surrounded by a lot of great restaurants, souvenir shops and vendors. We all felt very safe walking around. Just got to be careful with some of the tricycle riders. They are everywhere. Lol! Lots of great memories were made here and we’ll be cherishing for the rest of our lives!

First, we got room 203. We were very disappointed since it was a very small and dark room. Unlike any of the pictures of the room type we booked. The floor was dirty, the air-conditioning was very noisy, there was a small window with no air flow, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Fortunately, they changed us to room 204. This is a lovely room, cozy with a lot of storage room. It's exactly like the first couple of pictures on booking. It has two windows and it is quite spacious. The hotel also offers free coffee every morning in the lunch area. Staff was very welcoming and helpful :)

How close it was to the beach, near restaurants, with lovely staff, and how it is in the best possible spot in the town proper. I liked how they had a faucet outside of the office door to wash your sandy feet. They had a restaurant next to the reception which you could get decent breakfast from to start your tours. They provide a service to arrange a van shuttle to Puerto Princesa (Tricycle to their primary van shuttle provider as vans from their hotel was not allowed in the town proper).

It not far from Everything, the beach, banks, food stalls, small markets. My Family enjoyed our stay there. We booked a Tour and the staff organized everything for us, inkl. the food packages and the Van which brought us there and back to PPS. This place is family friendly, we had a room good for 6 people, is worth every penny. There might be sand everywhere but hey you are from the beach so do understand why it might be messy while using their facilities.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the place was very clean. The food in the restaurant was very good and the food prices were good. The room had a small safe to store my valuables. I was there diving and the dive shop was right across the street. It is centrally located. the bathroom was good sized and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. I would stay here again.
